Q: How old can I start learning Karate?

A: Introductory is possible from 3 years old.  However, please be accompanied by your parents for the time being.

 

Q: Can I take a tour?

A: You can do it all the time.  Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time if you do not understand by observing the class.

 

Q: Can I join the class as trial?

A: Yes, you can.  Please inform us of your desired date in advance.  Also, please have easy-to-move clothing, towels and water.

 

Q: What language do you teach?

A: Basically, it is taught in Japanese.  For students who do not understand Japanese, we are doing some explanations in English and Vietnamese.

 

Q: How many times can I practice in a month?

A: You can practice as much as you like.

 

Q: Can I not do Sparring?

A: Up to you.  If you not prefer, please participate only in basic training, transferring training, fighting pattern, mitt-kicking and stamina training.

 

Q: Do you need a Karate Uniform?

A: We recommend that you join in casual clothes first. It is also possible to purchase Karate Uniform at the point of continuing practicing and considering promotion.

 

Q: Is it possible for ladies to do Karate?

A: Yes, it is.  We provide a suitable guidance for individual age and exercise capacity.

 

Q: Can I start Karate at the age of 40’s or 50’s or 60’s?

A: Karate can start even at any age.  Nothing is to be late.  Please try to keep it in line with your rhythm.   In reality, the students from the age of 4 to 60’s are doing their best.

 

Q: How old am I to join?

A: There is no age limit for Karate.  Even in your 50’s or 60’s, you can participate in lessons if you are healthy.  We are teaching practicing according to the physical fitness of each person.

 

Q: Is it possible to break a board or baseball-bat?

A: Yes you can do it.  Although training is necessary, annually, announcements are made at the New Year’s party organized by the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCH), and at that time, we are carrying out board and baseball-bat breaking.

 

Q: If I want to practice during my temporary return to Japan, can I take a lesson?

A: Yes you can.  If you can tell us the schedule in advance, we will make the adjustment.  In addition to Japan, there are some areas where you can take a lesson.
